By using thgallery, you agree to these terms. They govern your access to and use of the platform, so please read them carefully before uploading, sharing, or publishing any content.
thgallery is a creative platform for photographers. It lets you build a personal portfolio, upload geotagged photos that appear on a shared interactive map, and present your work publicly under your own name.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up to date. Do not share your login credentials with others.
You retain full copyright ownership of every photo you upload to thgallery. By uploading a photo, you grant thgallery a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that photo within the platform — including on the public geotagged map, in portfolio pages, in curated recommendations, and in promotional content that features thgallery. You may remove your photos at any time; removal ends this license going forward, though previously published promotional materials may be updated on a reasonable timeline.
Only upload photos you have the right to share. Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or violates anyone's privacy or dignity. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform. Keep your activity honest, original, and respectful toward other photographers and users.
Portfolios and photos published on thgallery are publicly visible by default — including their appearance on the geotagged map. Do not publish content you are not comfortable sharing with the general public. You are solely responsible for what you choose to make public.
thgallery's design, interface, branding, and software are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any substantial part of the platform without explicit written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms, upload infringing content, or misuse the platform in any way. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work hard to keep the platform accurate and reliable, but we make no guarantees that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of delays. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on user-submitted content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, thgallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including data loss, business interruption, or misuse of the service by third parties.
We may update these terms at any time to reflect platform changes or legal requirements. Updated terms take effect once published. Continued use of thgallery after publication means you accept the revised terms.
